McMinnville SBHC is at 1500 NE Baker St., McMinnville, OR 97128 (in the old district administrative building).

The staff of the clinic include receptionists, medical assistants, nurse practitioners, dental hygienists, and counselors. 

All students in the McMinnville school district, regardless of insurance.  

With some exceptions as required by Oregon State Law, minors under 14 must have parental consent for mental health evaluation and treatment, and minors under 15 must have parental consent for medical or dental evaluation and treatment.  We always encourage parents to accompany students, especially for initial visits.

 McMinnville SBHC  wants patients to receive the care they need, regardless of ability to pay.  We do not refuse care for inability to pay. For physical health, we are required to follow applicable billing laws and rules (which means co-pays and deductibles typically apply per our contracts with insurance companies): however, we accept most insurances, and a sliding scale and hardship applications are available for all, with or without insurance, and we frequently give charity care.  We won't turn a student away because they don't have the money to pay. We are also happy to coordinate with or direct people to available local free and low cost resources (such as McMinnville Free Clinic) as needed.

- For mental health, a special grant covers the salary of the provider, so no fees are charged to parents.   

- For dental health, grants cover most care as well.  Referrals are also available to a local dentist if issues are found.
